1) What is your payment term?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as our standard payment method: 50% deposit paid in advance to start production, and the remaining 50% balance paid before shipment. For regular customers with established credit, we can negotiate more flexible terms. We also accept L/C at sight for large orders. All payments are protected by our formal sales contract

3)  What is your warranty term ?

1 years, we provide technical support and parts replacement, we can provide door-to-door service if you need.

4) What metals the metal detector can be detected

The machine can be detected Fe, stainless steel, non-ferrous and  all metals in your productions

5）What is your packaging?

the machine are packed in  export wooden box. We have many years experience in shipping machines and will ensure the machines will not be damaged during transportation.

6) How many types for your metal  detectors?

there are 4 types: Conveyor Metal Detector,pipe detector machine, fall type detector machine, Combination Metal Detector and Checkweigher Systems

7）What is the lead time?

Most standard models are in stock, if customization takes about 10 working days

9) What is Check Weigher?

A check weigher is a kind of production automation machinery to be installed at latter part of producing lines like production machinery, auto packaging machinery and etc.,. And, its purpose is to prevent any unnecessary material loss by checking every weight of previously produced goods so that shipment of under or over-weight products are prohibited and at the same time, it could control produced goods by either analyzing measured data or feeding back revised data to the producing machine.

It is widely used to either check or reject the weight of various products not only for packed goods like detergent, bakery, grocery, bags, vinyl packs,bottles, boxes and etc., but also unpacked bulk products.
