Free‑fall metal separator (gravity fall metal detector) is specially designed for vertical drop material inspection. It effectively captures ferrous, non‑ferrous and stainless steel metal contaminants inside plastic pellets, regrind scraps, powder and granular materials.

Once metal impurity is detected, the built‑in pneumatic reject valve will instantly eject contaminated materials out of the production pipeline. Compact stainless‑steel design allows direct connection to existing feeding hoppers, injection molding machines and granule processing lines, widely used for plastic, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries
